When we created Pem Delian, our goal was to establish a cosmetics brand in Central Europe that could compete with the best far eastern formulas in terms of quality and do so at a price that was accessible to everyone.We dreamed of a European brand that doesn't travel halfway around the world, yet still delivers the fresh, silky skin feel we all seek—consciously, without compromise, at an affordable price.We wanted to create cosmetics that not only replenish, moisturize and pamper the skin, but also deliver real, visible results with their perfect combinations of active ingredients.
