Payment by card
In our online shop you can pay by card using the online payment system Saferpay (Wordline).
You can pay with the following credit cards:
VISA and Mastercard embossed cards and some VISA Electron cards. The ability to use VISA Electron cards online depends on the issuing bank.
Shipping costs for delivery via GLS
Delivery to address: for orders up to 50 Eur 3,90 Eur.
Delivery to the dispensing point: for orders up to 50 Eur 3,90 Eur.
For orders over 50 € free shipping.
Cash on delivery COD fee + 1,80 Eur
Delivery time
If you place your order before 14:00 on any working day, the package will be handed over to the GLS courier on the same day and will be delivered the next working day between 8:00 and 17:00.
If you place your order after 2pm, you can expect to receive your Pem Delian parcel within 48 hours, i.e. on the 2nd working day after you place your order.
We will send an email notification once the package has been dispatched.
We do not work on weekends and holidays, orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will not be processed until the next working day.
GLS courier company will send an e-mail notification before the package is delivered.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery.
Home delivery
If you choose this option, GLS will deliver the parcel to the address you specify within Slovakia. You will be informed of the delivery time by e-mail.
If you are unable to collect the parcel, the courier will attempt to deliver it the next day.
Delivery to a GLS dispensing point/ GLS parcel machine
GLS ParcelShop are outlets/delivery points where you can collect your parcel within 5 working days of it being deposited, on presentation of your ID, at any time during the opening hours of the outlet.
GLS will send you an e-mail informing you that your parcel has been deposited at the drop-off point.
